Getting a Diagnosis

If symptoms affect your life a lot, a diagnosis may help.

Your choices in the NHS – NHS

You can choose:

Which mental health provider you see

Which team gives your care

👉 This is useful if NHS waiting times are too long.
👉 Providers must be NHS-approved and accredited.

How to Get Referred:

We understand that some people may be worried about ADHD or Autism. There is help available to understand these traits and to learn how to live well with them
