When you book your appointment, you’ll be told which one to go to. But don’t worry if you get it wrong, they are just across the road from each other!

If you are coming to see a nurse, you will be in our St. Katherine’s building. If you are coming to see a doctor, or anyone else, it could be in either building.

Before you visit us, you may want to see our surgery photos and video walkthrough.

Non-urgent advice: Need a quieter space while you wait?

The waiting room can be busy and loud. If you need somewhere quieter to wait, ask our receptionist for help.

Creating a supportive and inclusive environment for patients with LD and Autism

All of our buildings have low tone colour and low reflective surfaces. We also have a special receptionist for patients with LD and autism. All our rooms have a body map and there are mood cards in reception.

We have a sensory friendly box (with fidget spinners, ear defenders, dark glasses and more). If you would like to use any of this, just ask at reception or the team member you have come to see.

One of our rooms has been set aside for patients not wishing to use the main entrance, as it has its own door in and out.
