The Practice welcomes patients from within our catchment area.
Every patient at Ledbury Health Partnership has an allocated named accountable general practitioner who is responsible for the patient’s overall care at the practice. You are still free to see any GP that you wish to in the practice but your named accountable GP will take overall responsibility for the co-ordination of your care. If you wish to know who your accountable GP is, please ask at reception. If you have a preference regarding your named accountable GP we will always try and accommodate this request although this may not always be possible if a particular GP already has an oversubscribed patient list.

If you are unable to register online, you can print the registration form below and bring it to the surgery Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm. Please ensure the form is filled out completely.
